The Unattached Mind- Sovereign Mind.

What I've learned from studying the Immutable Laws of The Universe is that nothing rests, everything moves and vibrates, and there is this ever-present pendulum swing taking place at all levels of existence dictating the flow of energy.
Everything is on a continuum and has an opposite.
When there is a high, there is a low.
When there is a low... rest assured there will be a high.
Especially if we keep our thoughts high vibrational.
In the Vortex.
Our states of consciousness move all of this along.... Creating life's song.
I've also learned that nothing is ever the same and nothing is set in stone. Everything changes... even in Nature when seasons come and go.
Many things are not what they seem. Many things are the opposite of what we imagine.
Life is always surprising us. moving us and shaping us.... we are molded by our experiences.
We have choices to make. Everything is at stake when we are not in control of our minds or our time.
Every action has it's reaction- every cause has it's effect. The flow is constant and consistent.
And there is something that happens within consistency in which makes all the difference of outcomes.
How can one learn to be "still and know" with all of these underlying Laws taking place that were never truly taught to us?
I often wonder "how do we become sovereign and free from suffering?"
All the Great Masters teach about the "unattached" mindset.
IS the unattached mind the highest realization of becoming truly Sovereign Beings that are fully free from outside circumstances for stability or happiness?

What are your thoughts on this?

"To be happy and unattached is the best.
To be happy and attached is rarely stable.
You may enjoy a relationship, a place, or some favourite
thing, but if you are attached,
it means you are not really free, you see.
Now, to enjoy without attachment is very rare indeed.
Attachments often create expectations,
projections, dependencies, clinging and consequently,
suffering. Who has not tasted this?
When the thing you desperately desire is not available,
suffering rains like hot sulphur from the skies.
The wise really know this." ॐ <3
